With over two decades of international experience across the UK, Dubai, and the Caribbean, Karen brings a rare combination of creative vision, operational discipline, and hospitality insight to every project. Having lived and worked across multiple continents — including Australia, Indonesia, Africa, the UAE, and the Caribbean — she has developed a deeply intuitive understanding of how exceptional spaces should look, feel, and function.
Each property is assessed through both a design lens and a guest lens, drawing on Karen’s experience of staying in a wide range of accommodation across the world. This allows her to identify not only how a space presents visually, but how it is experienced in reality — where it flows naturally, where it may feel disjointed, and where opportunities exist to elevate both comfort and overall guest perception.
